50 minute individual session: $110
50 minute couples session: $130
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we do accept insurance. I am an in network provider for a limited insurance panels. Please call me at 512-887-8033 or email to get more details.
Out of network
If I am not an in network provider for your insurance and you want to see me, we can certainly help with that.
Many insurance policies have an out of network coverage which allows you to choose the provider you want. In this case you would pay me in full at the time of service. I will provide you with a receipt with all the information you will need to file out of network. Depending on your out of network benefit your insurance company will reimburse you.
In order to determine if you have out of network mental health coverage check with your insurance company. You might want to ask them the following questions:
Do I have out of network mental health benefits?
How much does my insurance reimburse for an out-of-network provider? (For the exact reimbursement information you might need CPT codes. In that case please get in touch with me at 512-887-8033)
Are services from a Licensed Professional Counselor covered under my out of network mental health benefits?
What form of payment do you accept?
Hope Heals Therapy accepts only cash and check. All checks are made out to Hope Heals Therapy.
How long and often are the sessions?
The sessions are 50 minutes long and held weekly.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can set up an appointment by sending us an email offering days of the week and times of day that work for you. The more availabilities you offer the sooner we will be able to get you in.

What to expect after we set up an appointment?
I will mail you a link to a secure client portal
You have to sign into the portal and complete intake paperwork. Please remember to provide your insurance information in case you choose to use insurance.
Then we meet at my office on the scheduled appointment date and time.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are not able to attend an appointment, please give 24 hours notice.
Failure to give this notice will result in a charge of $75.
